Ray J Faulks
Founder, Director & Choreographer

'I have been performing since a very young age, with the encouragement of my mother, Lisa Joy Faulks, who performed on the West End when she was young. Theatre has been a lifelong passion of mine, and I have trained at multiple different theatrical schools. I no longer wanted my love for the arts to feel limited by my disabilities, which is why I founded Kent Unity Arts!' -Ray J Faulks

Rikki Deane
Co-Director

'As a neurodivergent and queer individual myself, I am extremely passionate about creating a safe and welcoming theatre environment for all of our members alongside Ray. I have past experience directing short-film projects however, I have always enjoyed musical theatre and have loved stepping into the arts with this project. I currently direct the acting side of things and also work behind the scenes.' -Rikki Deane
